Biography:

Emily Milligan is a senior double majoring in Environmental Resource Management and Psychology with a minor in Environmental Engineering. She is a crisis counselor with the Centre County Women’s Resource Center and a Caseworker for Families of the Armed Forces with the Red Cross. She is very interested in development, specifically in relation to adolescence. She plans to attend law school after graduation in hopes to pursue family law.
