Biography:

Krystyn Fajardo is a fourth-year student majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with the long-term goal of obtaining a doctorate in either speech pathology or audiology. She has always had a passion for learning about culture, which she actively engages in through reading, travel, and being involved in cultural organizations such as the National Black Association of Speech Language and Hearing. She eagerly joined the Context and Development Lab as she wishes to practice the application of cultural sensitivity and cultural responsiveness beyond her personal interests and onto academic and professional work in healthcare.
